I am trying to find out if I can get a newer bios for the motherboard.

The computer will spontaneously blue screen and say, THREADSTUCKINDEVICEDRIVER.

The computer is running Windows 8.1 Pro.

Does anybody know where I can get the current bios for this motherboard I have found some sketchy looking sites that claim to have it, but I am hesitant to try them.

Im sure this is because the bios is not optimized for Windows 10 since the latest one I could find is from 2010 (5.13).

Is there a more recent version of this bios available.

The only way I know to do the BIOS update NOW, is to revert your PC back to Win7, do the Update, and then redo the Win10 Upgrade.

The good news is that since your PC has already been updated to Win10, MS has a record of that and will automatically reactivate Win10 on your PC after the update.

So there wont be any driver issues(all my drivers are for Windows 10 only).

Once that is done, you could then decide to either remove Win7 or retain it.
